Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Service Cancellations
Clients may cancel a service within 24 hours of payment for a full refund if no work has started.
After work begins, only partial refunds may be granted based on the stage of completion.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are eligible when:
The client cancels before document preparation begins.
An error was made by Aura Consulting Inc. and verified by management
Refunds are not available for:
Completed translations, filings, or submissions.
Government rejections unrelated to our administrative work.
Client delays or non-response after project initiation.
3. Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
4. Rescheduling or Adjustments
If a client requests a change in scope or correction, Aura Consulting Inc. will make reasonable adjustments or reissue corrected documents at no extra cost (one-time only).
